Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Policy

PRO DESIGN CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING TRADE INC. recognizes that in today’s competitive marketplace, effective quality management systems are essential to delivering reliable and cost-effective services to our clients. Our company is fully committed to providing Engineering and Consultancy Services that meet or exceed client specifications, contractual obligations, and international quality standards.

It is therefore the policy of PRO DESIGN CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING TRADE INC. to strictly adhere to this Quality Control Program, ensuring that both the program requirements and our clients’ expectations are satisfied in every project we undertake.

Full authority for implementing and administering the quality controls outlined in this manual is delegated to the Quality Control Manager (QCM). The QCM has the responsibility and organizational freedom to identify quality-related issues, halt work when necessary, recommend corrective actions, and verify the effectiveness of implemented solutions. In addition, the QCM is responsible for maintaining documentation of all Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs in a manner consistent with applicable quality management systems. The ultimate objective of this QA/QC Program is to fully comply with, or surpass, the quality standards established by relevant Quality Systems.

Project Managers are responsible for the QA/QC activities within their assigned projects. While they may delegate specific tasks to qualified personnel, they retain full accountability for ensuring that all work complies with the company’s established quality control policies and the client’s specifications.

The quality performance of all subcontractors and vendors shall be jointly managed by the Quality Control Manager and the respective Project Manager. All projects will be executed with a focus on safety, quality, schedule adherence, and cost efficiency.

Any commitments, conflicts, or non-conformities that cannot be resolved through existing Quality Assurance or Quality Control procedures shall be escalated to senior management for final review and resolution.
