PRO DESIGN’s management is committed to provide adequate resources for training, accountability, self audits, and employee involvement, for the most important factor in reducing workplace injuries is implementing the plan. Training of the employees and their supervisors in the specific hazards associated with their assigned tasks is crucial, as OSHA emphasizes. The written safety and health plan is a valuable tool in providing this training.

It is essential for the PRO DESIGN; to implement a comprehensive policy to ensure a safe working environment through an Accident Prevention Plan on all projects the company undertakes.

The primary concern of the company’s management is to establish and enforce definitive safety and health standards throughout its organization. The safety and health standards directive, safety plan, safety instructions and hazard analysis plans will be enforced through training, meetings, inspections and management supervision in accordance with OSHA General Requirements and related OSHA standards.

The company’s policy is to assure that its employees, engaged in routine and hazardous field works, are protected from injury, whether they are minor or fatal, on or off the job.

The Company’s management has long adopted its priorities with respect to work execution in accordance with the S-Q-T (safety–quality–timely execution) plan.
